The room itself was excellent; well appointed and tasteful. It is also an excellent location. It is a noisy property (Tube runs underneath the building) and near Victoria hence why so reasonable in price. However, I feel the organization (and dealing with Jayne/ Katy) is extremely professional. I think Jayne & Katy did everything they could to ensure a positive experience.

I was really impressed with the way any issue I had with the apartment (needed more towels as there were 3 of us there and had a problem with operating the oven) was dealt with quickly and efficiently by staff.

The apartment was large, comfortable and clean. Would dedinitely stay there again.

Just a line or two to thank you so much for the great weekend we had in London.

We were amazed at how central the lovely apartment was to all the major sights in the city, and the weather, although very cold, was dry and sunny. We realised a dream we've had for a while - visiting Hampton Court Palace and we thoroughly enjoyed it!

Once again, thank you so much for a lovely weekend - we will never forget it!

I found the keys and everything was in order when I checked in. I would like to give the accommodation a Huge gold star for the living standard and it has everything you need. I really liked it. Hope the next stay in the UK flat will be available.

"Fantastic Location for Families”

We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom apartments for 6 nights. We were traveling with our 2 young children. The location was very central and was very close to the tube, Kensington Gardens and supermarkets. You are also within walking distance of the Natural History Museum. Nothing was far away at all. The apartment had a well stocked kitchen which meant that you were able to cook dinners easily, which is handy when you have young children. It had an oven, microwave, dishwasher and cooktop. There was also a combination washer/dryer. The living areas and bedrooms were all a good size and the beds were all comfortable. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. We were on the 9th floor and had great views to the London Eye. You can hear the underground, but only as a dull background noise - it is not an issue at all. I would recommend this apartment to families, and I would quite happily stay there again.

Really enjoyed our stay at Point West. The set-up was just what we were looking for, something with space to relax and our own kitchen, the apartments are very comfortable and the space you get compared to a standard hotel room is incredible! Our apartment was newly refurbished and clean, everything was provided even down to tablets for the washing/dryer so we could do a mid trip wash which was a real bonus. All the details were thought of, there was a real attention to detail that made you feel like the company had tried really hard to think of everything you might need. Highly recommend this accommodation for anyone looking for an apartment experience during their stay, granted you don't have the same access to staff as in a hotel but there is so many advantages to having your own space that we didn't even notice! Brilliant location within easy walking distance of the tube and just a few stops from all the sights, or you can walk to nearby Kensington. We could have easily spent longer at these apartments, you really have the sense of a home away from home and its so easy to settle in.

Our family of 5 adults stayed in a 2bedroom apartment for 4 days after completing a 10 day very hectic European bus tour. Point West was just what we needed before we continued on our holiday in Barcelona. We had 2 bathrooms which was needed for 3 teenagers. Point west was clean, comfortable and roomy enough. Wifi was a bonus. This hotel is central to everything. Buses and trains are basically at the door.
Access to own kitchen and laundry were also just whar was needed.
Would stay here again without a second thought.

We've just had our second stay at a CL /Points West apartment and I'm glad to say that I can still stand by my November review. This time we had a studio for 9 nights which was very comfortable, clean, quiet and well-equipped (only suggestion would be a couple of egg cups!) The free wifi is a definite bonus given how expensive this can be in London hotels.

Just had a few days at one the CL apartments at Point West and are planning to book again for our future trips to London - 3-4 times a year. London hotels tend to be tiny and pricey so to have a decent apartment with good sized kitchen and sitting/room diner for the same cost as a budget double was fantastic. The apartment was clean and very comfortable and the staff we met very helpful. Small suggestion would be a single loo roll to start and a few salt/pepper sachets but everything else was super. Highly recommended.

We loved stay here. Apartment very. Comfortable, but best of all great location, all amenities close by, and the tube is a great stop to get anywhere. I would stay. Here again.

We found Point West apartments extremely comfortable, very roomy and very central to everything we required eg: close to Railway, Bus, Hop on hop off bus, & supermarket. The kitchen offered everything we required including washing machine. All equipment supplied was good. The bond that was paid was refunded readily on departure.
