Booking Procedure
Black Orchid Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details. This essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
For bookings made more that 21 days prior to arrival, you will be charged 20% of the total amount at the time of booking.
For bookings made 21 days or less prior to arrival, you will be charged for the total amount at the time of booking.

Payment
For bookings made more than 21 days prior to arrival, the remaining 80% is payable 21 days before your arrival date.
For bookings made 21 days or less prior to arrival, the total amount is payable at the time of booking.

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is between 14:00 and 19:00. Checking in after 19:30 will incur a late check-in fee of €25.
Check-out is by 12:00 noon.

Cards Accepted
Black Orchid Suites accept the following card types: American Express, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received more than 21 days prior to arrival will not be subject to a cancellation charge and the 20% deposit paid at the time of booking will be refunded in full.
Cancellations received less than 21 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the accommodation costs.
