Booking Procedure
Victor Hugo Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
For bookings made more than 6 weeks prior to arrival, your card will be charged for 30% of the total accommodation costs at the time of booking.
For bookings made less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, your card will be charged for the full amount at the time of booking.

Please note: there is a 3% surcharge for all payments made by card.

Payment
For bookings made more than 6 weeks prior to arrival, the remaining 70% will be payable 6 weeks before your arrival date.
For bookings made less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, the total amount will be payable at the time of booking.

Security Deposit
Your card will be pre-authorised, but not charged, for the value of €500. This money will not be taken unless there are any damages incurred.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

Cards Accepted
Victor Hugo Apartments accept the following card types: Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations received will be subject to a cancellation fee.
Cancellations received more than 6 weeks prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received less than 6 weeks prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total accommodation costs.
